30-day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your MyCarPast subscription, you can request a full refund up to 30 days after the date of purchase, without any need for justification.

How to request a refund

To request a refund you can:

  • Access Account Settings and manage your subscription; or
  • Send an email to contact@mycarpast.com with your name and the email used for the purchase, we process refunds within a few business days.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take a few days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time in Account Settings. Cancellation prevents future charges; access remains active until the end of the period already paid for.

Right of withdrawal

In addition to this guarantee, as a consumer you maintain the 14-day legal right of withdrawal provided for in DL No. 24/2014, see Terms of Use, section 9.

Chargebacks (card disputes)

If you have any issues with a charge, please contact our team first at contact@mycarpast.com, we process refunds within a few business days and without bureaucracy. Opening a dispute (chargeback) directly with your bank or card issuer without contacting us first may lead to the immediate suspension of your MyCarPast account and loss of access to data while the dispute is being analyzed. Voluntary refunds, requested via email or through Settings, do not have this consequence.
